The KOM rocker plate is a platform that sits under your indoor bike trainer and allows the bike and trainer to tilt side to side. The idea behind this is to allow some movement and increase comfort when riding your bike indoors.

The KOM Rocker Plate retails for $450 and you can get it from Amazon with Free Shipping.

KOM is best known for its Garmin and Wahoo mounts. However, recently, KOM has been developing some cool stuff for the indoor cycling space.

COMPATIBLE TRAINERS

The KOM Rocker has a somewhat universal fit. You will find 13 mounting slots that you can use to fasten your bike trainer.

The following are compatible trainers per KOM and some by my own testing.

  • Wahoo: KICKR, KICKR Core , KICKR Snap
  • SARIS: Mag, Mag+, Fluid 2, M2
  • TACX: Neo 2T, Flux 2, Flux, Flow
  • TechnoGym: MyCycling

In this video review which you can watch by clicking the play button on top or by going here, I talk about the KOM setup process, design, and ride feel and how rocker plates are not meant to simulate outdoor riding.
