1. Definitions

Whenever we say “we,” “us,” “our,” and “SmartBikeTrainer,” we’re referring to NetMaxx LLC, d/b/a SmartBikeTrainers, a state of Ohio limited liability company. Our “Services” include providing articles, reviews, news, and information on fitness gadgets and fitness technology mostly related to cycling, running, or swimming. b) Measuring website traffic behavior. The Site uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. By using this Site you agree to the Google Privacy Policy. c) Allowing blog comments. To enhance the community experience of the Site, we allow users to comment on posts. We may ask for your email and name when you submit a comment. That information is only used to enhance site experience and minimize spam comments. It will not be shared to any service or third-party. d) Meeting legal requirements. We may share your information in order to comply with court orders, valid subpoenas, and other legal processes, or if we find that your action on our Site violates any of our usage guidelines for specific Services.

7. Content from Other Websites

The Site may contain links to other websites. Please be aware that SmartBikeTrainers is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites, and therefore we disclaim any liability for any third party’s use of your Personal Information.

Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third-party products or services on our website. These third-party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We, therefore, have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.

9. Google

We use Google AdSense Advertising on our website.
Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on our site. Google’s use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to our users based on previous visits to our site and other sites on the Internet. Users may opt-out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google Ad and Content Network privacy policy.
We have implemented the following:

We, along with third-party vendors such as Google use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookies) and third-party cookies (such as the DoubleClick cookie) or other third-party identifiers together to compile data regarding user interactions with ad impressions and other ad service functions as they relate to our website.
Opting out:

10. Amazon

This site is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to amazon.com or its affiliates.

11. Affiliate Links

SmartBikeTrainers is a participant in AvantLinks, CommissionJunction and other affiliate marketing other than Amazon, which means SmartBikeTrainers may earn some money if you click on any of the links.
