CycleOps - Think twice!
At first, the trainer worked very well. However, about 2-3 weeks later, I could not pedal and popped my chain when I tried to calibrate the trainer. I received minimal support from CycleOps because the staff, albeit friendly, work Mon-Fri 8-4:30 CST. I work too! I cannot take off work to calibrate the trainer with Tech support. The company must have sensed an issue, so they released a firmware update recently. Unfortunately, it did not work for me. I returned the trainer. I am waiting for my refund to purchase a different brand smart trainer.
