It takes me about two minutes to switch the pedals from bike to bike, set the crank length and perform a calibration (zero offset) with the pedals in vertical position. (Just have some good bike grease.) If the Duo had been in my price bracket, I would have gotten those, but the Uno really gives all the data I need.
I’m not a pro cyclist. I just like data and these are a great solution.

Addressing to the two biggest complaints I saw in other reviews before ordering:
The pedals do sometimes spin a bit when trying to clip back in. Where my Shimano 105 pedals will only spin a half turn or so, these might actually spin around something like two or three full turns before you can catch it and clip your foot into the right spot. It's not every time, I think only when my foot kicks it on accident, typically when starting on an incline. This is the reason I took off one star.
The other issue cited in some reviews is the pedal tension for clipping and unclipping. After my first short ride I thought I may actually have to send these back because unclipping was just too difficult and a real safety issue. I spent some time adjusting the tension and all is good now, they are maybe even slightly easier to clip out of than my 105 pedals set to the easiest tension. It's true that this part of the pedal doesn't seem all that well built, however. The screw to adjust the tension seems a bit flimsy, so it's tough to say if this will hold up forever. If I run into issues down the road, i'll update my review. For now, the tension is perfect and I'm happy.
The pedals sync easily and quickly with my Wahoo Bolt and power readings are good.
8 month update: All is good. Pedal tension has held true. Never any synching issues, no power dropouts, battery last long enough that I never really think about it. The pedals spinning around some when trying to clip in does still bother me just a tiny bit. No hesitations in recommending the UNOs.
3 year update: Still all good. In a couple hundred rides I've only had one power reading during a sprint that I thought was abornaml.
